This method of weight loss involves, as the name suggests, drinking a lot. If the kidney function is impaired, there are problems with the cardiovascular system, the pathology of the digestive tract, then you need to choose another method of losing weight or holding unloading with liquid days once a week. However, "kefir days" or "unloading on green tea" 1 day a week is useful for everyone, regardless of chronic illnesses.
Just give up solid foods. Anything that is drunk can be brought into the body without restrictions. The calorie content is not very limited. It all depends on what goal you want to achieve at the final stage.
Those who have tried the diet for weight loss admit that the first 7 days are very difficult. Everything is annoying, insomnia appears on day 2, constant tearing, dizziness.
But then the lightness is felt throughout the body, it seems that the wings have developed behind the back. 30 days fly as one.
Why is good nutrition good? It cleanses the body, reduces weight and at the same time the products that are introduced into the diet are selected by yourself.
Types of diet
- 7 day diet
The weight is reduced by 3-4 kg, but as the body is satisfied with the "food swing", the kilograms also return quickly. The slimming effect is achieved mainly by excreting liquid.
- Shock diet
The Shock Consumption Diet is a delicious 7 day diet.
As this diet is a mono-drinkable diet, it is clear that the menu contains 1 to 2 drinks. During this time, they drink not only liquid drinks, but tonic drinks: coffee and cocoa. This diet is also followed for a week. If it is very difficult to maintain such a menu, then milk can be added to drinks before bedtime.
Such a diet is a real shock to the body, therefore it should be applied only once a year, and only before an event for which it is urgent to lose 3-4 kg. Notify immediately - they come back quickly.
- Diet on green cocktails
This is a very interesting diet, also for 7 days. During this time, drinks saturated with dietary fiber enter the body, which perfectly cleanses the body of toxins.
The nutrients from vegetables, herbs and fruits are more easily absorbed by the body because they are completely crushed. The vitamin value of a cocktail is higher than that of an individual vegetable or fruit, which is in solid form. It takes 3-4 kilograms per week.
- Diet for 30 days
The most effective regimen is considered to be 30 days. It is not just a diet for weight loss, but a complete program that helps to deeply cleanse the whole body. Its main purpose is to temporarily reduce the load on the digestive system, give rest to the digestive organs and the oral cavity, without limiting the supply of nutrients to the body.
In the first week, the body is restructured, its superficial cleansing, it adapts to the new diet. In the second week, the digestive tract gets used to the new diet - then the body is already cleansed at the cellular level. The initial phase is quite difficult and not difficult to break. During the first decade, the stomach and lungs are cleaned, followed by the liver and kidneys. At the very end of the diet, the cellular structures are cleaned. Weight decreases on its own, even if the calorie content of liquid food introduced into the body is kept at 1600-1800 kcal per day. During this time, you can lose about 10 kg.
What can you drink?
The main principle of nutrition, as already mentioned, is to consume all foods only in liquid form. But that doesn't mean that for 30 days you will only have to drink water and not eat anything. Do not drink only sweet, alcoholic and carbonated drinks.

- Any tea can be consumed.

- If you want to add lemon juice to tea, cocoa or coffee - welcome, these drinks with added milk are also good.
- Any type of jelly is allowed: berries, fruits, even heavy oatmeal. The latter should not be brought to the consistency of a jelly.

Green cocktails
All green smoothies are whipped in a blender and can be as follows:
- Smoothie: a glass of red grape juice, a banana, an orange, a bunch of lettuce leaves, a glass of water.
- Calcium cocktail: tomatoes, bunch of dandelion leaves, water and salt.
- Healthy cocktail: a few kiwis, an orange, 4 leaves of red lettuce, 2 glasses of water, 2 leaves of aloe, a few glasses of seedless nutmeg or red grapes.
- Super cocktail: mango, a few mint leaves, pear, a bunch of weeds: nettle, dandelion, plantain.
Soup puree
- Green peas. The flour is diluted with hot milk and a drop of butter, boiled for about 15 minutes, rubbed through a sieve, mixed with grated green peas, whipped in a blender. 400 g of peas, half a teaspoon of butter, a tablespoon of flour, 2 glasses of milk.
- Vegetable soup. Potatoes, peeled paprika, cauliflower, carrots and onion are boiled in chicken broth. After the vegetables are ready, the onion is removed, the rest is mixed in a blender.
The consistency of soups should be easy to drink.
Stop the diet
It is very slow to stop drinking. If you have been on such a diet for a month, you will need to get used to the usual diet for at least 60 days. First of all, the morning intake of liquid food is replaced with a plate of viscous porridge: oatmeal, oatmeal, buckwheat. Do not drink porridge for 2 hours.
