- 1 cup of brown rice;
- 300 gr. White cabbage;
- 300 gr. Brussels sprouts;
- 300 gr. cauliflower;
- 1 carrot;
- salt, spices.
Cooking:
- We wash the fillet and cut it into large cubes;
- We wash the rice, add to the meat;
- Coarsely chop the white and the cauliflower to the same size;
- Cut the carrots into rounds;

- Pour three glasses of water;
